Grace Park is a Credentialled Diabetes Educator (CDE) with over 10 years of experience supporting people living with diabetes.

Having worked across several public hospital diabetes services, she has developed extensive experience providing personalised, evidence-based education and practical support to help people confidently manage their diabetes.

Grace has a special interest in Type 1 diabetes, insulin pump therapy, and continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), with a passion for helping people confidently embrace the latest diabetes technologies. She is also a certified pump trainer for all insulin pumps available in Australia.

In private practice, she works with people living with Type 1, Type 2, gestational diabetes, and pre-diabetes, tailoring education and management strategies to each person's individual needs, lifestyle, and goals.

Known for her warm, caring, and approachable nature, she is committed to creating a welcoming and supportive environment where people feel comfortable asking questions, learning at their own pace, and working together to achieve meaningful and lasting health outcomes.
