About DR MIN LING

Dr Min Ling is passionate about improving quality of life for patients with endocrinological disorders. She is an experienced physician who achieves the best outcomes for her patients.

Min began her medical career at Royal Adelaide Hospital. She then trained extensively in Endocrinology at RPAH, Bankstown, John Hunter and Nepean hospitals. Min also undertook research and clinical work in the field of Haematology prior to her endocrine training.

Min obtained her Master of Medicine and PhD from the University of Adelaide. She is a clinical lecturer at the University of NSW. She has published in international peer-reviewed journals including Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism. She has published and presented at conferences in the areas of thyroid disease, diabetes, gestational diabetes and vitamin D metabolism.

Min keeps up-to-date with professional standards by way of continuing self-education, research and teaching and pursues an active role in academic medicine. Min is particularly interested in state-of-the-art practices for endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism.

Min has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and Shanghai dialect.

Aside from her private work, Min is a locum VMO at Westmead Hospital and works in the obesity clinic. She is a senior clinical lecturer and VMO at Macquarie University Hospital.

Outside of work, Min is a keen tennis player, artist and photographer.
